A Message from our President – Mike Radel 

I am writing to inform you that EquipSolutions will be ending our contract with Milton Roy / LMI as the Midwestern Master Distributor for LMI Product on March 31, 2022.

This was a very difficult decision for us because of the decades long standing relationship with LMI and their people, however it was a decision we felt we had make on behalf of our customers.

For over two years, our customers and prospects expressed growing concerns about the viability of continuing their commitments to the LMI line. The doubts have been intensified by the impact LMI’s chronic failures are having on their businesses.  These realities forced us to seek alternative technologies which could fulfill our customers most pressing needs.

When the opportunity came to join the Pulsafeeder Team, we were presented with a clear means to satisfy and exceed our customers’ expectations and bring a broader line of quality solutions to our customer base.

We are proud to join a team whose core values prioritizes passionate customer service, manufacturing excellence and integrity. 

Technically, we will no longer be able to service your needs in the same way we have in the past, however our team will never abandon you. We will continue to provide you with the best service possible independent of product line commitments or any arrangements with our principal suppliers.

When or if LMI names a replacement distributor, we will work with them to make the transition as painless as possible for our customers. In the meantime, you and your team can contact us anytime for assistance.

As a much-valued client, we appreciate your business, support, and confidence over the past years. We don’t see this as an ending, but rather a new beginning of a stronger commitment to bringing you new, creative ideas to help grow your business profitably.
